I wrote this prayer piece after taking a walk around our immediate neighbourhood one day. It takes the form of a prayer dialogue, imagining the Lord speaking to me about some of the people I glimpsed in passing.
I have set the words to a piece I wrote called Lament and Light, which incorporates a beautiful Swedish folk melody.
It concludes with Linda Entwistle singing a hauntingly beautiful theme in the Spirit, which leaves a profound aftertaste.
