When you walk through the door at practice, when you step onto the field for the big game - Do you trust what athlete is going to show up, or do you feel like it's a guessing game? Learning to trust who you are, building up your self-belief, takes time and effort. Once you've strengthened your relationship with yourself, you'll know 100% without a doubt which athlete will be showing up. 


In this episode I break down what it means to trust yourself, and how you can build a relationship with yourself. I provide two different strategies you can start today, that will help you strengthen your self-belief and build your self-trust.
