we are simply tapping in and naming what our blocks are, our worries, our limiting beliefs etc.
and creating specific affirmations to shift our focus away from the negative sticky feelings that we feel stuck in and consumed by
INTO a world that is completely open and full of potential, Love kindness and respect for ourselves.
it is simple but boy is it powerful to become an active participant in choosing the life we want to exist in going forward.
