
In this episode, I dive into understanding that when you get triggered or are confronted with an uncomfortable choice,. You must just simply decide where or how you are going to move. Staying in a mindset that has you analyzing or overthinking is going to keep you stuck. Reacting is going to keep you upset or create unwanted consequences. Being a perfectionist is going to keep you from taking the aligned action or knowing the feeling of the action itself.
Learning to manage your mind takes practice, and in this episode, I talk more about what to watch out for in doing so.
