Hey there! I’m Kersey, a wife, boy-mom, and fitness enthusiast. For years I tried to find my worth in all the wrong places - relationships, jobs, how much weight I could lift. But, they all left me in the same place, feeling empty and discontent. I finally learned what it took to become content in who God created me to be and the body He blessed me with. Have you ever felt like the moment you try to step into God’s plan for your health—or your life in general—you’re met with resistance at every turn? Like the second you commit to doing things differently, doubt, frustration, and setbacks come out of nowhere?
That’s not a coincidence. The enemy doesn’t want you to find freedom. He wants to keep you stuck in old patterns, questioning if God’s way is really worth it.
In today’s episode, we’re breaking down how to recognize the enemy’s schemes, stay firm in God’s direction, and keep moving forward—even when it feels hard.

But she recognized this was the enemy trying to hold her back from stepping into the freedom God had planned for her.
