As we try and navigate our deep losses we all know how difficult it is to hold on to a Positive Mental Attitude - not as a forced optimism, but as a quiet, powerful resilience. We totally understand that some days its just not possible, but if we can find light without pretending the darkness isn't real, we hope we can understand that resilience isn't toughening it out - its bending without breaking.
