Breath is the bridge to stillness. Use it dynamically if sitting meditation or guided practices do not help you.
If you think you can never stop thinking, you are wrong.
The way you vacate your mind of all thoughts is through effort if your starting meditation.

Quick 90-sec guided meditation to calm.
Light incense if you want. Clothing doesn’t matter. It’s OK if there’s noise around you.
If you feel like you have to move or itch, do it—but notice it first.
Kriya meditation is another great practice which has more movement if this doesn’t help.
Real meditation happens anywhere.

What are Bija Sounds?
Day 2/30 — Just like Do-Re-Mi tunes your voice, Lam to Om tunes your energy. Hence Bija Sounds.
Each bīja resets a chakra and helps move stuck energy.
So next time life feels off, you’re fearful, overindulging in food, sex, or can’t say your truth let alone find peace of mind, try this meditation.
LAM — Root. Too anxious? Unstable? Overly sexual?
VAM — Sacral. Many emotions running around, impulsive urges?
RAM — Solar Plexus. Hungry always? Felling unusually tired? For the belly your second brain.
YAM — Heart. Cold towards others, don’t see any good in people? Closed off to love and relationships? Or overly attached to someone or something? This opens and equalizes.
HAM — Throat. You can’t say what you wanna say? Or can’t stop talking lol? This clears your channel.
My favorite to use before a presentation or meeting someone new.
OM — Third eye. Center of forehead. My favorite for peace and having less repetitive thoughts.
A-U-M — Crown. Top of head. This is the main sync to consciousness itself. At that point, you’re outta here! Not thinking a damn thing, just feeling all the sensations.
Guided meditation starts at 3:53min

Zazen means “seated Zen.” Za = seated, Zen = meditation or direct insight. It’s similar in form to Padmasana—Padmameaning lotus, Asana meaning seat.
I studied this discipline at Eiheiji, the Soto Zen monastery founded by Dōgen Zenji in Fukui, Japan.
Key pointers:– Sit in lotus or half-lotus
– Hands in cosmic mudra (left over right, thumbs gently touching)
– Right palm faces up, resting on lap
– Spine straight, chin slightly tucked
– Gaze 45° forward, soft and unfocused
Guided Practice starts at 6:50 min.

Day 4 of 30 | Ujjayi Pranayama + Guided Meditation (Audio)
Today’s breath: Ujjayi — the victorious breath.
Master the breath, master the moment.
• Ujjayi = control over breath
• Pranayama = expanding life force
• Activates the prefrontal cortex (clarity, calm, intuition)
• Builds mind-muscle connection during workouts
• Ideal for yoga, high-altitude training, or anytime you need heat
• Moves from chest to throat
• Great for vocalists, artists, or clearing phlegm
• Breath should be long, subtle, and steady
• Feels like: shivering with your mouth closed
Guided meditation starts at 6:00

Disruption often comes as a catalyst for growth. Even when things are going well, you’ll be tested. It’s about dropping expectations and having the tools to stay neutral—not reactive. Stand firm in what you know is right. Don’t collapse when your values or dignity are challenged. And don’t waste your power engaging with what drains or distorts your energy.
These are some of the most common affirmations thanks to Innertune. I found them helpful when repeated and drilled into the mind. Treat it like a mantra (those coming soon) they can quiet the mind and drop you into a meditative state.
You’re conditioned to believe in a season of joy, giving, and togetherness—but who really benefits from this celebration
