Episode 45: Power Dynamics, Pedestaling and Fawning
With the world putting its pieces back together, we all need to be a part of the puzzle. How do you socially connect with others? Where do you fit in at home, at work, and with friends in terms of power dynamics? Do you spend precious energy putting others on a pedestal? Do you place others above you or create a story about them that may or may not be true? Do you respond to stress by fawning people or situations? Fawning is when we people please to an extreme at the expense of ourselves. You deserve to take up space, you are enough just as you are, your thoughts and feelings matter! Learn to UPLIFT yourself, your students, and our world.
