This week we use our personal calendars as raw data to reflect on our lives and on our internal state. We use writing as a tool to draw out our emotions and desires for the coming year. We take time to honor ourselves and our lives here on Earth, just as we are. We end by crafting a word or a phrase to guide us and act as a lens to view and elevate our daily life events.
