Hey guys, I’m Ry, and welcome to our new podcast, Rise and Shine Shamanic Tonic. I'm here with my co-host Lisa Tremont, also known by her shapibo name, Ronin Biri. Lisa has been engaged in shamanic work for decades, and we’re both thrilled to bring you this podcast.

The name “Shamanic Tonic” came from a brainstorming session where we wanted to include elements of shamanism and spirituality, paired with something that evokes a sense of nourishment and support. "Shamanic Tonic," felt perfect. The idea is that we are the medicine, and this podcast aims to support spiritual growth and empowerment.

In this episode, we dive deep into our experiences at healing retreats and how to integrate shamanic lessons into daily life. We discuss spiritual empowerment, growth, sacred exploration, dreamwork, plant medicines, setting altars, and more. Lisa and I met at an airport on our way to a shamanic initiation retreat, where we quickly connected over shared interests and experiences.
