There is a multitude of movements that fight for the rights of the human being and its environment and I was part of one of them. During this time as an activist I understood that if I didn’t change myself first, I couldn’t expect that the world around me would.
We usually advocate for the right to exist as a body and as a mind, but we rarely acknowledge the right to the soul.
And if we don’t make space for the soul, how can we even only imagine to improve as human beings in our totality?
We are not only made of flesh, bones and chemical reactions, aren’t we?
We need therefore to activate the alchemical process in us which can move us to a radical transformation affecting first of all our spiritual nature and as a consequence our physical and mental well-being.
We need to advocate for the existence and the manifestation of our soul, cross the boundaries of our survival instinct, made exclusively for nourishing the body and the mind, and reach the dimension of us human beings that wants to expand limitless and represents the very source of our life.
I am not talking about to sit in lotus position and meditate for the ultimate enlightenment. No, I am speaking of an inner bliss which grows inside all of us thanks to our small efforts, tiny intuitions, and baby steps we introduce daily in our life.
We can do this by better managing our life, in tunes with this planet earth and the universe. It is in fact time to capitalise on our subjective science made of our personal experiences, in order to develop useful tools and set of skills which can help us to be physically, mentally and foremost energetically healthy.
