Welcome to the Right on Time podcast, where we chat all things pre-term labour, NICU journey (the highs, the lows and everything in between) and navigating this beautiful yet challenging life as first time mums. We wanted to start this podcast because when we were in the trenches of NICU life, we searched for something similar but were faced with clinical, factual and ultimately heavy stories. When all wished for was hope and to know we weren’t alone. So we’ve decided to create a safe space to laugh, cry, rant and ultimately generate some hope for anyone going through a similar journey to us.

Sara opens up about her recent mental health challenges adjusting to life beyond the NICU and dealing with the trauma.

Plus Meghan shares her recent struggles with accepting the realities of Blake's life-long condition, as well as the isolating pressure and comparisons during the weaning journey.

The girls speak candidly about reflecting and dreaming of life before becoming mums. As well as, the advice they would give to their younger selves and anyone considering having children.
