Redirection - Adjusting course while staying in similar territory. Needs: Strategic thinking, measured adjustments.
Integration - Bringing together different parts of yourself. Needs: Time to reflect, both/and thinking, patience.
Rebuilding - Starting over after major life change. Needs: Foundation-first thinking, sustainable pace, intentionality.
