High crimes episode 12: Democrats are the new Republicans.
Democrats used to be the party of the working class. They wanted secure borders. They did not want a lot of immigrants to compete for jobs and lower wages for their working class base. They were antiwar and anti-corporate. All that has shifted. They despise the working class. Those are Hillary’s deplorables. They are smelly, dirty, and shop at Walmart. They are now Trump voters and despised. Democrats have become the party of the elites, the super rich, and giant corporations. They are globalists. They are also pro war. They used to be anti-war. The Republicans have an opportunity if they would but take it. Trump, of course, understands this. The Republican party must become the party of the working class.
