Aum Gandhi struggled with his mental health at an early age and started turning to food for comfort. Over time, Aum developed an unhealthy relationship with food, and at 18 his doctor told him he was pre diabetic.. From that point on, Aum decided to change his lifestyle. He started out small by running a quarter of a mile, and he almost threw up!.. Now, he is an ultra runner/endurance athlete and is gearing up to run 3 one-hundred mile races this year! Let's be clear, Aum's Journey wasn't linear! There were ups and downs, but he credit's "old fashioned" consistency to his success. Who would've thought?
