I created this podcast as a space to talk about what truly matters – I’ve always been fascinated by why we tick the way we do, and I’ve spent countless hours researching and learning about the teenage brain. I wanted to create a space for learning and discussion, where we can talk openly about psychological phenomena experienced by teenagers globally, ensuring that all the information you learn is factual, through debunking common psych myths suggested by You!
