Working out remotely (home, park, etc.) allows you to develop that confidence and belief that you can accomplish anything you set our mind to. We believe there is no discipline as strong as that-that is developed in the home. If you want you nutrition to last, put in the time to learn how to cook or put in the money for lifelong meals. You want your fitness to last, invest the time to learn and practice safe and effective training. OR pay for a lifelong trainer. There is no other way. You must put in an equal quantity to what you want
