I have heard it said that you never know how difficult the journey of healing and unlearning behaviors is until you have a child. I never realized how much work was needed in certain areas until I found myself triggered by certain behaviors. Even though I have been a parent for three years, I am constantly learning what works for me as a mother - so come on this journey with me as we navigate what it truly means when we begin to unlearn, heal and be our authentic selves in this journey of motherhood.
