We’ll look at how generative AI tools are being used, how people engage with AI-generated answers in online searches, and AI’s role in newsrooms and wider society. Speakers: Dr Felix M. Simon is a (political) communication researcher and Research Fellow in AI and Digital News at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism. Before joining us, he was a doctoral student at the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), where he is a Research Associate. Host Mitali Mukherjee is the Director of the Reuters Institute and is a political economy journalist with more than two decades of experience in TV, print and digital journalism.
