Today on the podcast I had the honour of chatting with the absolutely incredible and inspiring Tami Roos. As you'll hear in this episode, through a few experiences in Tami's life, she came to the life-changing realization that the missing link to living a life of fulfillment and well-being is meditation. With meditation being the tool that aligns us with our untapped highest potential. Tami then earned her PHD in Parapsychic Science with her dissertation on meditation, which gave her the scientific knowledge behind meditation and many other practices. I know that a lot of people still see meditation as a bit 'woo woo', but Tami has the scientific knowledge to back it. Tami is the acclaimed author of Presence to Power: I AM the Gift, she is also an accomplished keynote speaker, coach, director at Nurture Her Retreats and wears SO many more hats. You'll quickly hear in this podcast just how grounding and inspiring Tami is.
