This week on the podcast we have the incredible Alyse Co-Cliff. Alyse is the owner of 'An Apple a Day', where she offers both over the phone and in-person nutritionist consultations. Her website covers a range of information from hormones, to gut health, healthy & delicious recipes, to all things nutrition and holistic health. Alyse is a certified nutritionist whose career in health and wellbeing stemmed from her understanding of the simple relationship between cause and effect. As you'll hear in this episode, Alyse has gone from traveling the world as an international model, to returning home to Australia to embark on a 4 year science degree that allowed her to study the biochemistry and pathology of health and disease. This also allowed her to integrate a holistic understanding of both pharmacology and western diagnostic tools.
