‘I worked so hard to not hate myself’: KC Davis

KC Davis is an author, social media sensation, and the creator of the mental health platform Struggle Care. She has also recently been diagnosed with ADHD.

In this episode, KC joins our host Simon Mundie to discuss her ADHD experience, from dealing with inattention, and hyperfixation, to self-care tips, and what it’s like to receive an adult diagnosis.

KC also shares the details of her massively successful ADHD life hack – the Five Things cleaning system. This simple approach to cleaning has helped KC and many others with ADHD to tackle those daily struggles. KC also shares her tips for neurodiverse people to be able to implement their own systems to help them thrive.
