Today Nicole is joined by, Scott Harris, Managing Director, Workforce Resilience.  Scott has presented at the PPFF Meeting in Sydney last year but this is the first time on Retales !

After spending 26 years in the Queensland Police Force, Scott now spends his time assisting organisations build greater resilience within their workforce and reduce risk whilst enhancing operational security and safety.  Given the recent events at Westfield Bondi, we thought this would be a good opportunity to talk to Scott about managing critical incidents.
