Welcome back to Retail is Dead. A podcast started in Lockdown 1.0 as our answer to all the negative press around the retail and hospitality industries. We were fed up hearing that “retail is dead”, when in our opinion it’s just getting exciting – and we are finally seeing some of that post reopening.
Our seventh episode is focused on all things tech. Covid has completely changed consumers use technology to interact with brands and in turn has challenged brands to come up with creative solutions to create better, more personalised and more genuine experiences IRL leveraging new technologies. In this episode we highlight great examples of this and interview a brand at the forefront of the evolution of physical retail.
