In this episode, I am talking with Seth Gillihan on his new book 'Mindful Cognitive Behavioural Therapy'. Seth is a clinical psychologist, best-selling author, podcast host, and creator of the Think Act Be Online School. He specializes in mindful cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
