In this episode my guest is Dagmar Aben a gorgeous soulsister, a multidimensional soundhealer, creative therapist and dancer. She uses this yummy skillset on her mission to help us lose our minds and find our souls. Guiding us to liberate our bodies and voices in their full expression.

We start in the labspace, where we dive in deep straight away, with a prayer to all directions. We thank all the nourishment and transformation of the year that past by. And call in the fulfillment of all our sacred purposes, for the year to come. It’s a journey that starts intense with the drum, allowing to shift, what still needs to shift. Making sure all the blessings of our hard work as a collective are harvested. Making space to -gently yet decisively- let in all the light and good stuff for the year to come.
