REsonate Church - The Ester Series
We live in counter cultural times, where it’s hard to live Godly in a Godless world. What helps is understanding the answer to the Question: “Who is on the Throne"?
Introduction to the sermon series in Esther at Resonate Church 2019
God will never write us off. Each person is so valuable and no matter what our past is or what we have done if we return to god he will restore us.
The Holy Spirit inspired Solomon to write the proverbs some 3000 years ago but the truths contained in the words are timeless. Through the Proverbs Solomon instructed his son to avoid sexual immorality of any kind. He stressed the virtue of obtaining wisdom. He warned against the dangers of alcohol. And he warned his son to avoid the world and the people in it. All of these instructions and warnings were to lead his son away from evil. The devil still uses the same basic traps to snare young Christians, the traps he used against the young in Solomon’s day. The principals haven’t changed, so the instructions are still very important.
