A chat with Dr. Celia de Anca about her book Beyond Tribalism: Managing Identities in a Diverse World. Together we explore concepts such as self-actualization and belonging, as well as how we might reset our organizations to advance more inclusive, conscious, and sustainable environments. 

Dr. Celia de Anca is currently the Deputy Dean for Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion at IE University where she also runs the Center for Diversity in Global Management. She is the author of Beyond Tribalism (2012) and co-author of the Managing Diversity in the Global Organization (2007). She had articles published in specialized journals, in addition to regular articles in the press.
