Italy: Who becomes the next President ?

On Monday the Italian parliament began to vote for a new head of state. Together with Tommaso Rabitti, who is in his 3rd year at Kings College and is writing editorials and opinion papers for the Italian newspaper La Discussione, our editor Vincent Tadday is discussing possible election outcomes.
