S. 3 Ep. 7: Sips with Sue: Joy and Smiles

Let’s Get Chattea!! This week Sue is steeping in reflection and continuing her journal series, Sips with Sue. These entries have been brewing over time offering contemplations and  insights from her life’s journey.

This week the journals centre around the topic of Joy and Smiles. Join her as she reflects on moments that brought light to her life, reminding us all of the happiness found in everyday experiences. Tune in to hear how these snippets from the past can inspire brighter, more joyful moments.

Sue would love to hear from you! If any of these journals resonate with you, share your experience with her. Message her on instagram @reparteawithsue or by email reparteawithsue@gmail.com.

Show Notes:

-Small correction on the movie title. Perfect Days is a contemplative drama that follows a Tokyo toilet cleaner whose simple, routine life is transformed through unexpected encounters and moments of introspection.

-Sue references the song Suite Bergamasque, L. 75: III. Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy.

-The original song, Over the Rainbow, was sung in 1939 by Judy Garland as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.  The version Sue refers to is sung by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole (Iz) and it is his ukulele rendition.
