Today is a great day to introduce you to Shawn York! Shawn is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Crossings at South Corona and Hidden Valley Parkway, both in Corona, CA. Shawn is also the founder of the Malama Youth Foundation. He’s known for being a systems pioneer in the world of CFA, his latest being a system to increase customer satisfaction while increasing team member purpose, something he calls the Heart Chart, which tracks Unexpected Opportunities or UOs for short. If that's not enough, Shawn is currently writing a book titled Love Works Here and he also hosts the Love Works Here podcast.
