FLIP THE TABLE podcast created as an outflow of Relationship Matters as a season 4 focus. This season the podcast is renamed to reflect a slight change in direction. It’s going to be honest, raw, and real—a space where my co-host, Chris Dollinger, and I dive into the things leaders often accept as “just the way it is.” But here’s the twist: we’re not here to keep the table neat… we’re here to flip it over and challenge those assumptions head-on. In short, it’s about flipping the lies you’ve believed into truth you can actually lead from!

Do you have a Neurodiverse Family?

Here is this week's episode set for 3pm this afternoon. We won't be live as i am traveling but you don't want to miss this one! Do you have Neuro-Diverse Family? I am excited about today's episode of Relationship Matters Podcast as I have an empowering conversation with Gary and Molly Chupik who have been married for 32 years. They are very transparent about their lives together and the struggles of have come in learning how to relate through the Neurodiversity! #relationshipmatters #empoweringconversations #podcast #neurodiverse

“If you don’t already know them, let me introduce Gary and Molly Chupik. They reside in Seattle, WA and have 3 adult kids. Gary owns a leadership and mental performance company and Molly is a homemaker and works part-time at a local nonprofit, and works behind the scenes in Gary’s business doing admin and accounting. Gary loves sports psychology, smoking meat, and going on breakfast dates with Molly to their favorite country bakery once a week, and Molly loves her relationship with Jesus, long talks with Gary, and experiencing the gospel in every relationship. They both love being new grandparents and love spending time with their 1 year old identical twin grandsons. They are quite opposite in many ways. Gary’s an extrovert, Molly’s an introvert. Gary likes to live fast and dream big, Molly’s likes to live slower and is content. Molly has a passion for spiritual direction and spiritual formation, Gary has a passion for making big things happen. But one thing that Gary and Molly have in common is being in a neuro-diverse relationship. While Gary’s brain is neuro-typical, Molly perceives her world very differently and is on the autism spectrum, or what might be better known as Aspbergers. That would make for a very interesting relationship!”
