In this segment of Reign Check, I open up about a chapter of my faith journey that I rarely talk about—when God felt distant, church felt routine, and my faith became something I kept in the background. I share what it was like growing up in a Christian home, going to a Christian school, and still feeling like I didn’t have a real relationship with God. I talk about the pressure to “look” like a believer, the rules that felt more important than the relationship, and the moment I realized I was faking it—not just to others, but to myself.
