Doug and his business partners, Drs. Trevor Rappalinkedin.com/in/trevor-rappa-429b9bb5 and Greg Spatz linkedin.com/in/gregspatz founded Resilient Performance Physical Therapy shortly after PT school with a shared vision and goal. Doug shares how this shared vision emerged, and their business development focus and priorities in their early stages. He then offers great insight into pros and cons of various physical therapy practice models and payment systems, and implications for both the practitioner and the consumer.
