In this deeply personal share, I sit with you, two days before I leave for a solo journey to Peru, and reflect on a lifetime of parenting, nourishing others, and what it truly means to choose myself.



I speak candidly about the energies of Gate 27 and 28 in my Human Design, how they’ve played out in my life, and why I’m finally honouring the call to rest, to be selfish (in the most sacred sense), and to connect back to the land…and to myself.



I touch on burnout, the concept of boundaries, the truth of lived design vs. mental understanding, and why so many in the Human Design space are missing the mark by not living the mechanics.
