Insecurity: Tinubu Overwhelmed by Fear, lack of desire - Akin Malaolu

A prominent Yoruba thought leader, Akin Malaolu says President Bola Tinubu appears to be overcome by fear and a lack of desire to confront the rising security challenges in Nigeria.

He noted that the Tinubu administration had compromised with a certain hegemony who were trying to shield their ethnic group rather than fighting the root cause of insecurity.

Malaolu who is President of the Yoruba Ronu leadership Forum insisted that fixing Nigeria’s security required total bombardment of kidnappers in their respective zones as initially suggested by former Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State.
