The competition in the Student Shorts category during Filmland: Arkansas 2024 was fierce. But the people had their say and they loved "Show Pub Queen". It's easy to see why. The film is a post-modern, surreal look at aspiring celebrity, influencer culture and sexual commodification. And it also has singing. We recently chatted with the team behind the film including Writer/director Ren Tsukamoto, Producer Javion Lee and Director of Photography Nikolett Kovács in the Little Rock Public Radio studios.
