Lourette is an award winning manager and dermal aesthetician, with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. She runs Dermology, a big medical aesthetic practice, in the heart of Sandton, and helped to grow the business from strength to strength for the last 7 years. She is also actively involved in the medical aesthetic industry by writing articles that often gets published in well-known magazines, social media skin blogger, presenting at aesthetic congresses and lecturing at educational institutes. 

Lourette’s focus lies on creating a work environment for her team, to grow individually and therefore grow the value of the business. She believes that a true leader does not create followers, they create more leaders.
