Segment 4

In the fourth segment, Mr. van Hattum shared his viewpoint on the European Commission pausing the comprehensive agreement on investment with China which was supposed to be consolidated in 2020. Mr. van Hattum also introduced the procedures in trade negotiations. Moreover, Mr. van Hattum has also explained why the EU no longer does deals if the deals do not include green elements such as the Paris Agreement. Lastly, we also talked about the relationship between China and the EU.
