Segment 2:

In the second segment, we discussed the response of the EU toward the financial crisis including the adaptation of new measures in terms of fiscal policies, such as the impact of issuing green bonds. Mr. van Hattum also talked about the areas that the NGEU would focus on in the future, such as the digital transformation and explained the reasons for the change of mentality of Europeans toward technology.
