Our series on Mark is called Christ's Power Over Every Need. Compared to the other gospel accounts, Mark is known for "getting straight to the point," his writing is direct and succinct. Another feature of Mark is that it highlights Christ's power in numerous ways - over evil and demonic powers, over disease and sickness, over nature (sea) and desires (hunger), and ultimately over sin and death through Christ's death and resurrection! Our hope for this series is that you will personally experience Christ's power over whatever needs you find yourself in today.
