2 Thessalonians 1:5-12
Five Truth's that Paul points out in this passage:
- The believer's "affliction" is evidence of kingdom worthiness.
- God's justice someday is the believer's relief today.
- Jesus is our only savior, but he's not only a savior -- He's a judge.
- The unbeliever who doesn't obey the gospel will suffer eternal punishment.
- Every believer is counted worthy (by grace) even while they are being made worthy (by his power).
