2 Corinthians 4:1-6
Faithful ministry:
- Is a gift from a merciful God- so don't lose heart or burn out.
- Renounces disgraceful, underhanded ways, and openly states the truth.
- Means sometimes the gospel remains veiled to people.
- Entails humble service for others' benefit (not our own).
- Remembers that God must shine the light into hearts.
Satan may be in the dark business of "veiling", but God is in the light business of shining.
