Sam Rahbar joins Tim and Luke to discuss best practices in training new recruiters. Sam has been working with Technology & Talent across Canada for the past 13 years. He started his career in technology recruitment in Toronto where he connected hundreds of Technology professionals with suitable projects and careers within Fortune 500 organizations across Canada.
Sam is currently the Director of Training and Corporate Recruitment at Eagle Professional Resources where he has specialized in training new recruiters for the past 8 years. He is also an Instructor at George Brown College where he teaches courses in the Instructing Adults Certificate program. He facilitates Delivering Training (Train the Trainer) as well a Trends and technologies in Training courses in the evenings.
Sam is also the co-Founder of a Training Consulting startup called Training Brokers, where they provide end-to-end Training solutions and services.
