And today we're going to kind of zoom out and talk about the kind of overall strategy and way that nonprofits need to think about recruiting. Because at the end of the day, the number one mistake that nonprofits are making is by not having a vision, and really accepting their their spot in the marketplace for talent. And so this is a really good kind of high level intro to have your team LISTEN TO to have any budget your organization listened to, regardless of if they're in HR or not. If they play any part in the hiring process, any part in the management of setting the strategy or management of an organization, we need to understand where we fit in the marketplace and what strategies will work for us because there are ways to recruit great talent even as a non profit, but not if you approach it the wrong way.
