The aim of this short series of podcasts is to see how both  businesses and the voluntary sector have weathered the pandemic storm. We explore  if there have been shared experiences that have helped and potentially if any of these can go on or be developed further to help strengthen the links between the two. The title reflects a key lesson learnt in the episode... 

Joining me on this first episode are Irene Collins from Every Steps Counts and Paul Baker from Wealden Properties (Sevenoaks) Ltd. 

Every Step Counts is a gentle, supportive walking group aimed at people who would like to get outside, chat and meet new people at the same time as improving or maintaining their fitness. 

Wealden Properties (Sevenoaks) Limited is a local property firm which owns and manages a portfolio of commercial and residential units in Sevenoaks Their portfolio includes shops, offices and a selection of flats.

We discuss their experiences since March 2020, how they have adapted as a result, where they are now and we discuss some thoughts and reflections on collaboration. In addition Irene has a shout out for help towards the end so please listen out for that.
