This week I sat down with Kate Steinberg - nostalgia content creator and one of the few to walk away from a reality television dating show with a successful relationship!
Kate started creating Y2K nostalgic content around 2019 and has now made a career of it. Kate also shares her experiences with The 12 Dates of Christmas reality television dating show and coming out of the experience engaged.
Throughout today’s episode, Kate opens up about her experience with mental health, navigating an eating disorder, and finding comfort in nostalgic content. Kate and I discuss the power of nostalgia and the inner child healing that content like her creates for so many people, including myself.
