Hello! Welcome to our podcast, where we talk about life, the universe, and everything. We don't have the money to afford a therapist, so instead we record our discussions and reflections to find answers to our big questions. We're just a couple of dudes fumbling through life, trying to keep our heads above water. We do this for us, not for you!

Ep. 5 I Can't Do It

Hi RTS fans. Sharon from Zoom here. I was so excited when Jake asked me for help to host their podcast virtually. (Zoom is not a sponsor of this podcast.) I listened in on this episode and enjoyed every bit of it. Remember the homework thing? Well, they investigate why they feel like they can't do things, why they sometimes assume they're bad at things, and how they try new things. My favorite part had me asking myself, "Am I the type of person who dives headfirst in the deep end when I try something new, or do I spend a lot of time toe-dipping, preparing, and learning?" (Oh also, bless Gerald; he seems like a nice man.)
