Ciara Charteris: Acquaintance Rape, the importance of friendships and believing survivors

In part 1 of this conversation with former actress Ciara Charteris (Poldark, Mary Shelley) we discuss the article that she published detailing how she was raped by a friend, and then her best friend, with whom she entrusted this information, then maintained a friendship with her rapist behind her back. Ciara is so compassionate and brave and she has gone on to co-found I am ARLA - a safe space for all women and survivors.
