I develop a plan with the person(s) I'm partnering with that is tailor made for them. i.e. age, goals etc. It is called bio-individuality.

Everyone needs to ditch the excess sugar, seed oils i.e. canola, safflower, sunflower and several others. Also cut out the processed wheat, rye and other breads that spike insulin and create havoc in the gut.
